Strand Op's: Quality Control Protocol

Product Evaluation: Each item undergoes a thorough evaluation to ensure completeness. For paracord products, this includes checking for durability and ensuring they are unbreakable. Wood-burning pieces are assessed for their aesthetic appeal and must meet our high standards.

Quality Grading: We grade each product based on three criteria: quality, time spent on the product, and its overall practicality, tactical functionality, and aesthetic appeal. This helps us maintain consistency and ensure each piece meets our expectations

Customer Standards Check: We perform a final review to ensure that all work meets not only our high standards but also those of our customers. This step guarantees that each product is of the highest quality before it reaches you.

Strand Op's: Paracord Inspection Protocol

🧵 Weave Integrity Check
Each piece is inspected for tight, consistent knots and proper tension. We ensure the weave is secure, symmetrical, and built to hold under real-world stress.

🔗 Hardware & Strength Test
All attachment points, rings, clips, and connections are tested for durability and load integrity. Nothing leaves the bench unless it’s solid, reliable, and field-ready.

🎯 Final Fit & Finish
We clean up loose ends, melt and seal cord tips, and make final adjustments for alignment and appearance—ensuring every piece looks sharp and performs without compromise.

🔍 Initial Inspection
Every piece is checked for imperfections—refining shading, leveling, and dialing in every detail to meet our standards.

🧼 Second Review
All markings are cleaned, and finishes are applied—paint, stain, glaze, or seal—then left to cure for a flawless result.

🛠️ Final Inspection
A final pass ensures everything is sharp, aligned, and complete—functionally solid and visually on point before being glossed.
